    Layers of filo dough, filled with nuts honey & spices. The only dessert served at served at every Tulsa Greek festival for 50 years!
  • Finikia (fee-nee-kee-ah)
    Orange-flavered, spice cookie dipped in honey
  • Kourambiethes (koo-rham-bieh-thes)
    Almond-flavored ,butter cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar
  • Galaktoboureko (gal-acto-boo-ree-ko)
    Filo pastry leaves filled with custard and basted with a syrup

    Shortbread cookie, perfect for dipping in coffee
